I found the location unbeatable. Being so close to major attractions made exploring convenient. the complimentary water bottles daily were a nice touch. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, they always greeted me with a smile. i also appreciated the free fridge in my room. It helped save on food costs .
the elevators could be a bit slow during peak hours. sometimes there was a short wait.

the staff was nice and friendly. the hotel sits in a nice area, and i could easily walk to most attractions. the location was Perfect i walked safely to pike place.
the ac IS inadequate.

the room separation between the beds and the sofa area was great! the bell boys were helpful with directions. i liked the light rail to the airport, it was below the westlake mall. i appreciated the prime location to the link and monorail.
The restaurant had terrible coffee at breakfast. It was also in the room.

The staff greeted me with smiles, being attentive to my needs throughout my stay. i enjoyed the very prompt breakfast room service. The chicken sausage was delicious. the location made seeing sites easy. I walked to major attractions without problems.
the bellman that was working during the day seemed very annoyed when i asked him questions.

the location was convenient for exploring. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly (especially at the front desk). they helped me with directions.
the gym was smaller than i expected. it had only two treadmills. i found the air conditioning in my room quite noisy. it made it hard to sleep.
